Funeral services for Annie Sue Dickey Parks, age 96 of Mulberry, will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. David Arrington officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens beside her husband William Russell (Billy) Parks. Mrs. Parks passed away Tuesday December 9, 2014 in Lincoln Medical Center.
A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Martin Franklin and Mary Brooke Peck Dickey. Mrs. Parks was a homemaker and a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters Donna Parks-Redd and husband Fred of Fort Worth, TX, Billie Sue Parks-Boyer of Smithsburg, MD, one son Russell Dickey Parks and wife Bridget McFerrin of Fayetteville, ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Parks was preceded in death by son-in-law Harold Boyer
Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 12 p.m to 2 p.m at Higgins Funeral Home.
