Annie Ruth Moore Reeves, aged 95, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. Born on July 3, 1930, in Mississippi to Thomas Elliott and Myrtle Lee Phillips Moore, she was a devoted, loving, ever-present mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. A Christian woman, she was a faithful member of Troy Baptist Church.
She was retired from Action Industries and took great pleasure in spending her time tending to her yard and flowers. She cherished the special girls’ trips shared with her daughters and granddaughters.
She is survived by her children, Jym Moore (Diane) of LA, Judie McKellar (Mike) of TN, Donna McCamey of MS, Pam Griggs (Gary) of MS, and Jeff Moore (Maurisa) of LA, along with 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Reeves, her parents, and her siblings, Dowell Moore, Tahnell Edge, Murl Moore, Harvey Moore, Aileen Moore, and Jim Moore.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 2PM at Troy Baptist Church, with Bro. James Moore and Bro. Randy Spencer officiating. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue until the service time. Burial will follow in Troy Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mitch McCamey, Chayton Campbell, Branan Griggs, Barrett Griggs, Cameron Cantu, and Paul Moore.
