Annie Fayetta Jones, 76, Tuscumbia, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021. Visitation will be Thursday, May 20, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with John Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery, Leighton.
Faye was born on September 29, 1944, in Crosby, Mississippi, to Otis Fred Jackson and Annie Fayetta McCurley Jackson. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church in Cleveland, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Phillip Carl Jones; brothers, Freddie Gene Jackson and Earl Van Jackson; and sister, Virgie LeBlue.
Faye is survived by her husband of 59 years, Pink Jones, Jr., of Tuscumbia, AL; daughters, Stacy Gautreau and husband, Beaux, of Leighton, AL; granddaughter, Annie Carol Gaston and husband, Allen; sisters, Grace Robertson (Snooks) and Judy Smith (Sammy); and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Beaux Gautreau, Bill Walsh, Allen Gaston, Gavin Robertson, B. J. Robertson, and Bo Robertson.
