Annie EdingtonAnnie Edington, 75, passed away at her home in Thaxton, MS, on Friday, January 30, 2026, to go be with her Lord and loved ones. She was born in Darmstadt, Germany, on January 7, 1951, to Anneliese and Johannes Thierolf, and on May 20, 1970, married the love of her life, Larry Edington. Together they were blessed with two sons, Donnie and Ronnie Edington.

Annie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Larry Edington; her sons, Donnie Edington (Suzanne) and Ronnie Edington; five grandchildren, Tara Tomes (Aaron), Aaron Edington (Jade), Mia Parrish (Kyle), Conner Edington, and Drake Edington; seven great-grandchildren, Colt, Catie Mae, Oliver, Ashton, Vienna, Miller, and Luke; two brothers in Germany, Gerd Thierolf (Karola) and Manfred Thierolf (Irene); sisters-in-law, Judy McCormick, Brenda Gregory (Thomas), and Jane Estes; brother-in-law, Tim Edington (Patsy); goddaughter and niece, Corrina Malden (Steven); nieces, Yvonne Tauzin (Brian), Tammy Tucker (Scotty), and Alycia Montgomery; her best friend of 30 years, Pat Claspell; and many nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Margot Bremberger and Angelika Florez; her brother, Walter Thierolf; brothers-in-law, Robert Bremberger, Bennie Florez, Lynn McCormick, and Hoyle Estes; her daughter-in-law, Jennifer Edington; and her nephew, Adam McCormick.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Dale Baptist Church in Thaxton, with Bro. Don Sparks officiating.
