Annie Aileen Harris Chamness, 92, of Jasper, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Boldo Memory Gardens. Thomas Reeves will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. “Bo” Chamness; sons, Willy Ray Chamness and Jimmy Chamness; grandson, Christopher Chamness; parents, Claude I Harris Sr. and Ollie Vennie Lee Harris; siblings, Clara Belle Tubbs (Shepard), Carlin Lee Harris, Bernice Duncan (Clarence), Clamon Harris (Sara), Mary Edith Pope (John), Bruce Harris (Joy) and Walter Will Harris; grandparents, James “Jim” Marion Harris, Martha Francis Baker Harris, James Thomas Lee and Tempie West Lee; in-laws, William Joseph and Mary Effie Preston Chamness; brother-in-law, Lester Nix and sisters-in-law, Betty Harris and Barbara Harris.
She is survived by her children, Karen Miller (Ken), Pam Allred (Avery) and Greg Chamness (Sherrae); grandchildren, Jonathan Chamness (Jenna), Beth Anne Blair (Lance), Adam Miller (Candace), Amy Roquemore (Dustin), April Rogers (Chris) and Susie Gilliland; siblings, Jeanette Nix, Claude I. Harris Jr., Joseph Albert Harris (Brenda), Ronald Kenneth Harris (Rita); sisters-in-laws, Ann Gentry Harris and Sandra Harris and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
