Anne Zita Phillips, 87, of Muscle Shoals, died Friday, November 29, 2013. Visitation will be Monday, December 2, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 at Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia with the funeral service following in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Phillips was a life long member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed traveling and reading, and was an avid lover of nature and animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Phillips.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Nelson and husband, Mark of Arlington Heights, IL; son, Tim Phillips and wife, Patricia of Hazel Green; grand children, Dakota Phillips and Sarah Nelson; and numerous brothers, sisters nieces and nephews.
