Annabelle Davenport, age 100, of Jasper, formerly of Carbon Hill, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2025 at Ridgewood Nursing Home.
Truly an example of a “Proverbs 31 Woman”, Annabelle, our Mom-Mom, was a loving, kind and creative wife, mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother. She was the heart of her family and they adored her. She was a wonderful role model of love and kindness to all of us. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Carbon Hill for many years and God richly blessed her with the gift of uplifting encouragement and joy, as her sincere friendship was treasured by so many.
Our family will be forever grateful to Harbor Chase Assisted Living and their entire staff, for 7 years of love and care. You were all truly a blessing to her and our family. Also, most recently, the floor nurses at WBMC, Ridgewood Health Care and South East Hospice for the excellent and tender care you provided in the short time she was in your care.
NURSES ARE OUR HEROES!!
One hundred years was not enough, Mom-Mom! We will never forget you and we will always love you.
