Anna Ruth McKeithen went home to be with Jesus on April 14, 2013. She was 87. A wonderful, devoted woman of God, a shining example of a lady, a loyal and loving minister’s wife for 57 years, and a doting fiercely protective mother.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 11 – 1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.
Ruth was preceded in death by her father, Walter H. Lyon; mother, Cordia Lyon; brothers, Sam and Dan Lyon.
Ruth is survived by one sister, Naomi Bass; one son, Robert McKeithen Jr.; one grandson, Major McKeithen; and a host of people who will remember her as friend, mentor and family. She was loved and treasured by many and she will be in our hearts always.
