Memorial service for Anna E. Lewis, 40, will be Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the funeral home.
Ms. Lewis died on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born October 9, 1975, in Marion County to George Ricky Lewis and Susan Elizabeth Pooser Lewis. She was a child nutritionist for Decatur City Schools.
