Ann W. Ritter, 77, passed away Thursday. Mrs. Ritter was a longtime resident of Huntsville, AL, and a member of First Baptist Church of Huntsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles E. and Mary P. Wann, her son, Doug Ritter, and her brother, Bobby Wann.
Mrs. Ritter is survived by her husband, Glen D. Ritter; her daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Jon Naumann; daughter-in-law, Sandra Ritter; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and P.D. Nicaise; her grandchildren, Chad Ritter and Elsa Naumann; and nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hickman, Stephanie Ballard, Charles Wann, Celeste Wann, Sheila Moore and Tony Wann.
Ann was a woman of beauty and charm, who died in the arms of her husband, the love of her life. Ann was a devoted wife to her husband, Glen. She worked at Boeing and Rockwell during the Saturn, Apollo and Space Shuttle era. She devoted many years to counseling people in need. Ann also enjoyed going to the beach and playing the piano.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Maple Hill cemetery, with Rev. Dr. Travis Collins officiating.
