It is with regret that we announce the death of Mrs. Angela Johnson, age 44, of Fayetteville. She passed away Friday evening at Crestwood Medical Center.
Mrs. Johnson was a native of Huntsville, AL, the daughter of Frank and Connie Spurlock, who survive. She was a secretary and a member of Prospect Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Jamie Johnson of Fayetteville, daughter Megan Newgent and husband Troy Lee, son Joshua Johnson, grandchildren Trace and Brinlee Newgent all of Fayetteville, brother Frankie Spurlock, Jr. of Florida, grandparents Ben and Wanda Dunbar of West Palm Beach, FL, and uncle Ed Downing of St. Augustine, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Prospect Baptist Church Youth fund or Children’s fund.
A memorial service is being planned at a later time.
