Angela Faye Black Spain, 42, Russellville, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at UAB Hospital.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 03, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 04, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Ricky Gardner. Burial will be at Jonesboro Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Spain; son, Colby Spain; mother, Faye Broadway Black; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Black.
