It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Andy Estes, age 56, of Sumiton, AL, who left us on Monday, March 10, 2025. Andy was a beloved husband, grandfather, family member, and friend, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Andy was known for his love of life and his passion for the things that brought him joy. He had a deep affection for his family and his dogs, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Andy had a true love for adventure, from riding his motorcycle to playing his guitar, and he always found joy in listening to music that spoke to his soul. One of his greatest pleasures was spending time at the beach with his wife, Lorrie, where they created cherished memories together.
Andy is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Lorrie Estes, his fur babies Dixie and Casper, sons, Jonathon Fendley, Anthony Fendley (Racheal), David England (Hannah), Andrew Estes and Dwight Estes (Bethanie), sister; Rena Purser special niece; Ariel Punky Purser, special brother; Randy Bones Purser, grandchildren; Savannah, Jazmine and Alexander England, Andrew Estes III, Jennifer and Byrum Estes and Olivia Forster and a host of family and friends who will continue to honor his memory. He was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
Andy is preceded in death by is grandson; Grayson Estes, mother Joyce Mae Purser and Grandma Estes
A memorial service to celebrate Andy’s life will at Bell Sumiton Chapel on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 4:00 pm family will receive guest one hour prior to service.
Rest in peace, Andy. You will always be in our hearts.
