Andrew William Vanelli, our sweet son, born February 21, 1982, left us July 14, 2021, to be together with his brother, Gabriel, who he loved very much.
Andrew was a proud graduate of St Benedict School and attended The University of Memphis. He was bright and articulate and loved people.
He enjoyed fishing at his parents’ lake and was knowledgeable of all college and professional sports. He spent time on several AM Sports stations hosting and as a guest host. He had a sports handicap blog for many years. He loved his U of M Tigers and Notre Dame Fightin’ Irish, often going to games at South Bend, with his Dad.
His greatest love and joy in life was his daughter Talia, who he loved with all his heart.
He leaves his parents Michael and Karen Vanelli of Middleton, TN, his precious daughter Talia, sister in law Lea Vanelli, 2 nieces, Bailey and Carmen and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be sent in his memory to his beloved St Benedict School, 8250 Varnavas Dr., Cordova, TN 38016.
