Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2018, at Eastside Seventh-day Adventist Church (3243 N. Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46218) with Pastor Kenneth Elliott officiating. The Mr. Hughes will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery with Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home, directing (5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46218; (317) 923-2381).
