Analoyce Tipton, age 77, a native and life-long resident of Huntsville, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. Analoyce, known as “Eese” to her grand nieces and nephews was a member of the 1959 class of Huntsville High School where she performed as a majorette. She was a founding, dedicated employee of the Von Braun Civic Center, now the Von Braun Center and worked there for over 40 years. She was a devoted sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend.
Analoyce was preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle and Lawson Tipton.
She is survived by her sister Dale Tipton Hopper, her brother-in-law William Hopper, her nieces, Melissa Hopper Mistrot (and husband Steve), Carrie Hopper Sofikitis (and husband Taso) and their children William Hunt Mistrot, Peter Harrison Mistrot, Sarah Lawson Mistrot, Nicholas William Sofikitis, Evan Peter Sofikitis, and Sophia Ann Sofikitis.
The love she felt for her family was apparent to everyone that knew her. She enjoyed her friendships as well as her bridge group.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the date for the memorial service is to be determined. Memorials may be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
