Amanda “Doreen” Phillips age 89 of Florence passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from Noon until 2:00 P.M. Services to follow at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel. Burial will be at Florence City Cemetery.
