Althea Belle Wagner – Obituary

Funeral service for Althea Belle Wagner, 90, formerly of Decatur will be Monday, March 3, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Van Landingham officiating. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wagner, who died February 28, 2014, at Fountains of Franklin was born March 29, 1923, in Pennsylvania to the late Merril and Olive Keith Stevens. She was a member of Ninth Street United Methodist Church, a member of the Bosom Buddies and the 39 Plus Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lawrence Wagner and two brothers.

Survivors include a son, Edward Wagner (Kathleen) of Franklin, Tenn.; one sister, Jeane Strayer of Dillsburg, Pa.; four grandchildren, Eric Wagner (Donna), Keith Wagner, Chris Wagner, Darlene Clark (J.T.); great-grandchildren, Lynn, Charley, Eric Jr., Tommy, Anna Belle, Sammy, Raymond, Edward, Christopher and Rose; and great-great-grandchildren, Zoey and Zaylee.

Pallbearers will be Eric Wagner, Keith Wagner, Edward Wagner and Raymond Wagner.
