Alma Gail Maples, age 76, of Scottsboro, died on Saturday December 6, 2014.
Mrs. Maples was a very loving, caring mother, who always loved and had hope for everyone. She loved her family being around her. Mrs. Maples is preceded in death by her husband, John Ed Maples; her daughter, Kathy Deschaines; her granddaughter, Stacy Webster; and her daughter in law, Lisa Maples.
Mrs. Maples is survived by her children, Eddie Maples, Glenda Parrish, and Jimmy Maples; her sister, Opal Earline McMinn; her grandchildren, Jamie Chapman, Kristy Nelson, Erica Cavender, Crystal Hindman, Bruce Parrish, Brian Parrish, and Eric Maples; her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Summer, and Zoey Nelson, Parker Cavender, Cierra, Brittany, and Spencer Hartman, Matthew Webster, Braeden Turner, Kyleigh Parrish, Abby and Paytton Webster, and Amberly and Heavenlee Parrish; her nephew, Ricky McMinn; and her special friend Sandra Milligan; and many other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be on Tuesday December 9, 2014 at 2:30 pm at Maple Hill Cemetery with Bill Daniel officiating. The family will receive friends on that day at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville from 12 pm until 2pm.
