Allita Palyarik, age 89, of Waynesboro, TN passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired revenue officer from the Internal Revenue Service, former school teacher and coach, a member of Beta Sigma Phi and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarksville, TN. Mrs. Palyarik was an avid cat and dog lover.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herschel L. and Augusta Pearl Thompson Edwards; and her husband, Edward Robert Palyarik.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home with rosary service at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:30 AM Monday, September 29, 2014, with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Wayne County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg or Sacred Heart Catholic School.
