Allene C. Woody Allene Woody passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

She was 100 years young and lived a full, happy life. She dearly loved her family and loved cooking for them, giving them things from her house, sharing in all of the family’s times whether happy or sad. She loved her home and being a farmer’s wife. She loved to quilt and has made countless numbers of quilts for her family. They all have quilts handmade by her. She loved growing a garden and you could never find a weed in it. She loved sharing the vegetables she grew with family and friends.

Mrs. Woody is preceded in death by her dearly loved husband, Zedra Woody, baby Virginia Frances, two sisters Jewell Sharp and Jennie Cooper and her parents Ambrose and Viola Cooper and great granddaughter, Sarah Martha Frazier. And her beloved son-in-law John Ed Frazier
Left to cherish all of her memories are daughters Jo Frazier and Judy Gillespie (Jim). Grandchildren Mike Frazier, Johnna Mann (Wilson), Victoria Kelly (John), Woody Gillespie (Jill) and Brad Gillespie (Ellen). Great grandchildren are Wil Mann (Katie), Ty Mann, May Merrill Gillespie, Davis and Grant Gillespie, John Robert, Luke, Lauren and Olivia Kelly. And great, great grandson, Sawyer Mann. Special neighbors Diane Glover (Ed) and Mary Webster and an honorary grandson, Jeff Webster.

Funeral service will be held as follows:
New Hope Funeral Home
Monday, June 21, 2021 – Visitation 1:00 until 3:00 with service to follow at 3:00.
Internment will be at Hayden Cemetery
