Allen Junior Rogers, 77, passed away November 28, 2023, at North Alabama Medical Center. He was an educator/coach and a member of Atlas Church of Christ. Allen enjoyed hunting, fishing, Alabama Football, Atlanta Braves baseball and being with his grandkids. Survivors include: Wife: Charlotte Brooks Rogers Sons: Josh Rogers(Misty) & Jody Rogers(Jennifer) Daughter: Kelly Peters Sisters: Janice Etienne(David) & Kathy Hunt(Carl) Grandchildren: Savanna Jones(Mason), Bradyn Rogers, Andon Rogers, Cohen Rogers, Hadley Rogers, Ivy Rogers & Ella Rogers Step-children: Lynn Grigsby(Todd), Doug Jackson(Mitzi) & Keith Jackson(Brandi) Step-grandchildren: Evan Grigsby(Ashley), Oliva Lambert(Jordan), Brooks Jackson, Jace Jackson & Jolie Jackson Preceded in death by: Wife: Cathy Hurst Rogers Son: Jeremy Rogers Parents: Richard Allen Rogers & Hazel Louise Richardson Rogers Brothers: Donnie Rogers, Dwight Rogers & Gary Rogers Visitation will be Friday, December 1, 2023, from 1:00 – 3:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Miles Stutts & Doug Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Kevin Taylor, Keith Jackson, Todd Grigsby, Clint Sewell, David Matthews & Chad Rogers.
