Allen Edward Watkins, 82, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, of natural causes. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Jeter and Son Funeral Home, Dallas, Texas. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Little Bethel Memorial Park, Duncanville.
