Alison Lynn Mayfield Horton, age 56, of Spruce Pine, passed away
December 12, 2022.
Alison was a Christian and a member of Littleville First Baptist Church. She was a member of Alabama Chapter S GWRRA . She loved the times of riding with her husband, Michael, enjoying the sights and sounds of the road. Her beautiful and energetic smile will truly be missed by her entire family.
Alison is survived by her husband, Michael Horton; daughter, Ashley Horton; brother, James Montgomery Mayfield Jr.; sisters, Rina Bailey (Chris), Missy Nobinger (Jeff), Angela Hatton; sister inlaws, Sherry Walker )Dan), Dianne Swann; nephews, Alex Hamilton (Brooke), Luke Bailey (Alisha), Heath Hatton (Sarah); nieces, Heather Kennamore, Haley Hand (Darren), BreeAnn Pennington (Matt).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Betty Mayfield; and a niece, Savannah Hamilton.
Visitation will be on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 11am – 1pm at Pinkard Funeral Home of Russellville. The funeral service will follow at 1pm in the funeral home Chapel. Interment will be at Burnout Baptist Cemetery. Bro. Luke Bailey and Bro. Michael Frederick will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
