Aline Mary Spencer, age 89 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Bailey Manor in Winchester surrounded by her family. She was born on May 10, 1932 in Winchester to the late Dave and Rilla Shelton Tucker. Aline was a member of the Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Joy Club. She previously taught Sunday school at the Harmony Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Aline loved to spend time working in her flower garden, cooking for her family and playing chicken foot. She enjoyed spending time with her family and reading books by John Grisham. Aline will be remembered as a devoted Christian and a loving wife and mother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edward Spencer; granddaughter, Jodi Renee Crownover; grandsons, Cody Clay Crosslin and Spencer Lee Crownover; siblings, Wanda Fielder, David Tucker, Mavis Boswell, Billy Tucker, Joyce Koski, Bob Tucker, Jewel Burt, Ray Tucker. She is survived by daughters, Peggy Crownover of Estero, FL and Kathy Crosslin of Winchester, TN; granddaughters, Jada (Terry) Garrison of Decherd and Kristy Crownover of Decherd; great grandsons, Hunter Crownover, Josh Garrison, and Tyler Crownover; sibilings, Jerrell (Nina) Tucker of Winchester, Linda (Frank) Earls of Winchester, and Gayle Miller of Winchester; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00am in the chapel of Moore-Cortner. Interment will be at the Harmony Cemetery.
