Algia Lee Hollins, age 87, of Sheffield, AL, died Sunday, March 10, 2013. Visitation will be Tuesday, 10-11 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. with Butch Davis officiating. Burial will be in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Hollins was a great mother and grandmother. She was also known for her love of flowers. She will be missed by her family who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Turner Hollins and three great great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Cletus Hollins, Ronald Hollins, Steve Hollins (Sandra), and Donald Hollins (Judy); daughter, Carol Garner (Thomas); sister, Betty Russell, twelve grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are David Hollins, Tommy Garner, Kendal Hollins, Mike Thomas, Wyman Smith, and Stevie Hollins.
