Alfred L. “Ronnie” Cooper Jr., 63, died Thursday, March 16, 2017. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Oak Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church, Florence. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.

My heart is very heavy. To the family, we send our deepest sympathy. Coop, was a great friend, but a better man of GOD. GOD saw his angel was had fought a good fight, and he had finished his course. Previous engagement has caused us not to be in attendance. Please know, we are there in heart and mind. Tell, Mom, We love you all, and Ben and family will always keep this family in our heart.
