Funeral for Alford Randall Vandiver, 70, of Town Creek will be Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Mike Price officiating. Burial will be in Old Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Vandiver, who died Sunday, March 15, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born November 15, 1944, in Franklin County to Wallace and Lassie Vandiver. He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of Salem Bible Baptist Church. Randall enjoyed hunting and fishing. His father preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Vandiver; two sons, Donny Vandiver and wife, Julie, Darrell Vandiver and wife, Lisa; stepson, Todd Cooley and wife, Angie; three grandchildren, Alex Vandiver, Cayli Vandiver and Andrew Vandiver; two stepgrandchildren, Joshua Cooley and William Cooley; and one sister, Olena Terry and husband, Donald.
