Alexis Hope was born in Savannah, TN October 17, 2012, the daughter of Samuel Michael and Ashley Nicole Edwards Smith.
She is survived by her parents, a brother, Eli Smith; grandparents, Becky Edwards and Joe of Lawton, TN and the late Willie Edwards; Michael Smith of Henderson and the late DeLinda Smith; great grandparents, Charlotte and Leon Brooks of Chaffee, MO
