Mr. Odom, 69, of Trinity died Dec. 29, 2016 at his residence. He was born Feb. 1, 1947 in Georgia. He was a retired union Master Pipefitter. He was an outstanding husband and father who always put his family first. He was a veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He believed in hard work, to never back down from a challenge and to always defend your beliefs. He loved Alabama football and always had a boat or two on the river. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carol Odom; son, Daniel (Katie) Alexander; daughter, Marshelle Odom; grandchildren, Derrick Johnson and Ethan Alexander; and one great- grandchild, Eliana Johnson.
