Albert Henry Maples, Jr., 81, of Gurley passed away Monday. Mr. Maples was the owner and operator of Al Maples Vinyl Siding Company and a member of the Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his parents: Albert and Bertha Maples. Survivors include his wife of 59 years: Shirley Maples; five children: Debbie (Carlton) Schrimsher, Ernie (Janice) Maples, Steve Maples, Randy (Bobbie) Maples and Terry (Shelia) Maples; one brother: David (Ada) Maples; two sisters: Zela Ruth and Bernie; thirteen grandchildren: Ernie, David, Larry, Natasha, Duston, Craig, Stefany, Allison, Brian, Lisa, Amy, Laura and Dallas and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home with a Chapel service Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Doug Nance and Bro. David Maples.
