Funeral service for Ailene Long Boger, age 87, of Falkville, will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Terry officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Boger, who died Thursday, January 8, 2015, at her residence, was born October 16, 1927, in Morgan County, to Charles Wesley Long and Lillian Mable Filyaw Long. She was a member of Johnson Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Charles Ray Boger (Shelby) of Danville, Mickey Joe Boger (Renata) of Falkville, and John David Boger of Guntersville; one daughter, Betty Ailene Campbell (Steve) of Fairhope; four sisters, Ima Stevens of Danville, Dean Chenault of Hartselle, Doris Ratliff (Jim) of Decatur, and Loretta McCaghren (Bobby) of Danville; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
