Adron Johnson, 92 of Albertville passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Marshall Medical Center South.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Lathamville Cemetery. Bro. Mike Keeble and Bro. Morris Stephens will officiate his service. Pallbearers will be Colton Mayes, Robert Spencer, Justin Stephens, Nick Byars, Brandon Stephens and Stephen Hunt. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 before the service. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Shepherds Cove Hospice.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years; June Johnson, special nieces; LeeAnn (Morris) Stephens, Shannon Plunkett and Sharon (Chris) Mathews, chosen granddaughters; Adrianna (Robert) Spencer and Krysta (Colton) Mayes and eleven chosen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister; Gayle Paschal, nieces; Tayra (Jeffery) Carpenter and Jayna (Guy) Nord and nephew; Kevin Sotherland.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Lester “PL” and Obera Johnson.
