Adell Self Stephenson, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Loyal and Ada Staggs Blackwood; her first husband, Terrell Self; her second husband, James Stephenson; two infant children, Catherine and Ralph Self; two brothers, Richard Blackwood and James Benny Blackwood; one sister, Lerlane Hughes; and two grandchildren, Scott Tolle and Ashley Self.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 28, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 29, 2014, with Thomas Mattox officiating. Interment will follow at Summertown Cemetery in Summertown, TN.
