Adelia Thornberry Smith, 76, of Florence, passed away June 9, 2019. She was the organist at Central Baptist Church for many years earlier in her life, and she was a member of Central Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothy Thornberry; grandparents, Ellie and Ida Mae Martin and Lena Adelia Thornberry.
She is survived by her husband, James P. Smith; son, James Robert Brown of Mobile, AL; daughter, Deborah Adelia Winchester of Florence; and grandchildren, Zachary Winchester (Elizabeth), Nicholas Winchester, and Carley Winchester.
