ADDISON-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident has taken the life of one person near the city of Addison in Winston County:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, has claimed the life of an Addison man.
William D. Butler, 62, was fatally injured when the 1996 Toyota Tacoma he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Butler was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Winston County 80 near Winston County 39, approximately 4 miles North of Addison, in Winston County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
