FLORENCE-There is nothing like visiting the Farmer’s Market on a hot July day…you can find so many neat things from native plants, cut flowers, ice cream and icy drinks to most any vegetable and fruit in season. People come for the wares but stay to talk with old friends and make a few new ones… The Quad Cities Daily captured this fine southern tradition in photos.
