Funeral services for Mr. A. Dennis McClure “Mr. Worm” age 51, are scheduled for 2PM on Thursday February 16, 2017 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home of Scotts Hill. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery in Decaturville. Mr. Dennis passed away on Sunday February 12, 2017 in Jackson, TN. He was born February 28, 1965 in Greenville, MS to the late Boyd McClure and Sadie Clenney. He was the owner of “Mr. Worm Electric”, retired Fire Chief of Scotts Hill Fire Department, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, and step father, W.L. “Dub” Clenney, brother, Michael King, and sister, Patricia Farris. Survivors include, his son, Scotte McClure (Amber), daughter, Storme McClure-Ervin (Roderick), his wife of 30 years, Stacce Scott, brothers; Tony McClure (Denise) of Cartersville, GA. Kenny McClure (Exer) of Rockmart, GA. and Brian Oneal McClure of Moscow, TN. sister, Nancy (Johnny) Davis of Middleton, TN, and 3 grandchildren; Wynter-Blaze McClure-Ervin, Chyna-Breeze Woods-Ervin, and Blazely Marie McClure, and baby McClure on the way.
