Warnings from Weather forecasters were saying there was great potential for dangerous outbreak of storms and these predictions were to be held true.
Sixty-two tornadoes tore through Alabama on April 27th, 2011. two waves of extremely deadly storms came that day. One early morning wave and another strong wave of tornadoes struck in the afternoon and early evening of April 27th.
252 people were killed and nearly 2000 were injured on that day. Take a moment and remember those who were lost.
