Karleigh Alyssa Block age 52, of Arab passed away Thursday May 7, 2026, at Crestwood Medical Center. Karleigh was born on August 18, 1973, in Germany. Her parents were Gene and Josephine Weathers. She was a graduate of Wilcox Central High School in Camden, AL and lived in the Mobile area until 3 or 4 years ago when she moved to Arab.
She is survived by her fiancée: Kevin Gallagher; children: Michael Block, Oliver Block, Courtney Sheehan, Rhiana Clements (Brandon Topping) and Madison Block; God daughter: Ashley Wilson; grandchildren: Kingston Harris, Kinsleigh Harris, Maylee Harris, Serenity Butler and Harper Scarlett.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the family with cremation arrangements.
