It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Rushing Clingan Duffey, a remarkable woman full of life, boundless love, and undying devotion to her family and friends. Born on November 23, 1934, Margaret stepped into eternity April 16th, 2026, at the joyous as of 91, leaving behind an indelible legacy.

Predeceased by her father, William Robert Rushing, mother, Louisa Davis Rushing, brother, Richard Allen Rushing, and daughter-in-law, Ginny Clingan, Margaret’s spirit continues to live through those she leaves behind.

She leaves her children, Charlotte Clingan, Lee Ann Lancaster, Lynette Brazier, (David), Paul Clingan,(Gwen), Stephen Clingan and Bill Clingan, Her unwavering love and dedication also extend to her grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Brooke, Nathan, Charlsye, Lacy, Jason, Brandon, Shana, Casey, Maggie, Hailey, and Caitlyn Joe; along with numerous great-grandchildren.

Margaret’s nephews, Rick, Bobby, and Craig Rushing will fondly remember the joy and warmth their aunt brought into their lives. Each surviving family member carries forward a piece of Margaret’s vibrant spirit, ensuring her legacy endures.

Margaret grew up in Camden, Arkansas, and later moved to reside in Huntsville for over 60 years, touching numerous lives with her vivacious personality and gracious heart. Her admirable qualities, coupled with her unwavering faith, allowed her to develop deep and meaningful relationships with many, who now mourn her absence.

In this time of grief, we find solace in knowing that Margaret’s life was a blessing to all who knew her. Her radiating joy, compassion, and unfailing love will forever be remembered, deeply missed, but never forgotten. As we remember her, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a soul profoundly loved.
