Dorothy Nell Reed Taylor went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the age of 87.
She was preceded in death by her Parents-Lula and Monroe Reed, her three Sisters-Billie Sylvester, Shirley Martin and Susie Chappell, and her Husband of 64 years-Jimmy Taylor.
She is survived by her Daughter-Cheryl Taylor Hoffman (Lane), her Son-Jim Taylor (Janet), her Sister-Nettie Perry (F.G.), four granddaughters, two great grandsons, nieces and nephews.
The family thanks the staff of Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama, Kirkwood By The River, and Compassus.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 30,2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper, AL.
