Mr. Ronald Milton Lee, age 87, of Boaz, Alabama died on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Marshall Medical Center South.
A funeral service will be held at two o’clock pm on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Aaron Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, April 26, 2026, from noon until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Lee was born in Alabama on August 17, 1938, to Buea & Beatrice Dobbins Lee. He retired from Marshall-Dekalb with over 30 yrs of service. Ronald wasn’t just a part of the family-he was the heart of it. He loved deeply and fully. He was a devoted husband and father to his three girls and a friend to everyone he met. He was the biggest Alabama football fan you’d ever meet. When not traveling in the motor home with his wife Joyce, you’d most likely find the family on the lake.
Mr. Lee is survived by his Daughters: Lesa Duffy & Mike of Madison, Sherry Stephens & Bobby of Albertville and Kathy Nicholson & Kevin of Boaz, Grandchildren: Blake & Erica Cox, Shae Phifer and Anna Grace Nicholson, Great Grandchildren: Addie Cox, Kinsley Phifer and Lexi Phifer, Sister: Janet Roberts of Boaz and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Buea & Beatrice Lee and Wife: Joyce Johnson Lee, Brother: Richard Lee, and In-Laws: Henry & Jessie Johnson.
Pallbearers will be Blake Cox, Leonard Pearce, Tanner Stephens, Kevin Wordlaw, Michael Johnson, and Rickey Hammond.
