Dennis Marc Anderson Profile Photo  Dennis Marc Anderson, 70, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Born September 21, 1955, he was a native of Waterloo, Indiana, he was born to the late Brady M. Anderson and the late Martha Jo Smith Anderson. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Gay Henderson Anderson on April 8, 1983, and they shared 43 years together.

Mr. Anderson was a talented commercial artist who worked with Berry Company, and was known for his artwork featured in the Yellow Pages. Beyond his professional career, he was an accomplished artist who created both personal and commercial pieces. He attended First Presbyterian Church with his family. In his personal life, he was an avid outdoorsman and a passionate Civil War enthusiast, who participated in live history events. He also worked as a historian at the Carter House, reflecting his deep appreciation for history.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Gay Anderson; daughter, Margaret (Todd) Bolden; and brothers, Keith (Julie) Anderson, Kurt (Sue) Anderson, and Stuart (Evie) Anderson.
