Paul Patrick Marks, 73, of Athens, passed away Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. Born March 23rd, 1953 in Waycross, Georgia, Paul was the beloved son of Henry Denny Marks and Martha Caroline Goode Marks.
Paul is survived by his wife, Vickie Marks, daughters; Carmen Vinson (David), and Heather Marks. Grandchildren; Dawson Vinson, Michael Vinson, Alivia Nelson, and Bennett Nelson, great-grandchildren; Silas Vinson, and Elaina Vinson, brother; Leslie Marks (Barbara) and sister; Jody Rouse.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Paul on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 at 9am-10:45am at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11am.
Paul was married to his loving wife, Vickie, for 51 years. He loved his family and all people. He was very sacrificial so his family could have what they wanted. He was very respected by his family and peers.
Paul was a member of Grace Place Church.
