William Wayne Tabor Profile Photo Wayne Tabor, 73, of Primm Springs, TN passed away peacefully on the afternoon of March 28, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 9, 1953, in Little Rock, AR, Wayne lived a life filled with compassion, resilience and an unwavering dedication to his family, friends and The Lord. He was preceded in death by his father, William Odell Tabor and mother, Evelynn McCormack.

He attended Southall Church with his wife of 30 years, Elaine Tabor. She was the love of his life, and they had a beautiful family together. He is survived by his wife, Elaine of Primm Springs, TN and their four daughters, Jennifer Gentry (Chris) of Murfreesboro, TN, Vicki Gelderloos (Dan) of Grand Rapids, MI, Rachel Scruggs (John) of Lebanon, TN, and Dawn Jones of Smyrna, TN; eight grandchildren, Avery (Adam), Ryan (Val), Erin, Will, Abbie, Ashley, Luke and Calen; two great grandchildren, Sawyer and Tatum; and his brother Michael Tabor of Murfreesboro.

Wayne was an avid musician, a devoted husband, loving father, world’s best papaw, and a loyal friend and brother. He enjoyed many hobbies, which included creating stained glass, gardening, bee keeping, and running. He was a strong man of faith and enjoyed mentoring and leading others to the Lord.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM Friday, April 3, 2026 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenbrier Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00AM-1:00PM prior to the service.

The family requests any Memorial contributions be made to St Jude.
