
Minnie Blanche McMillen Warren, 79, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born April 16, 1946, in the Peaceful Valley community of Itawamba County to Isom Edward and Geneva Duncan McMillen. She worked for Rex Brown Manufacturing until its closure and then worked for Lonnie Dodson at A & S Truck Stop and later the gun and bait shop. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Minnie loved working with her flowers, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and her dog Smidge.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Keith Thomas and Bro. Douglas Kitchens officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Harvis Elton Warren; one son, Ronnie Warren; one brother, Johnny Earl McMillen (Cecilia); two grandchildren, Kendra Wells (Mark) and Harvis Walker Warren (Samantha); four great-grandchildren, Jasper, Blue, Blair, and Ivar; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Walter Tubbs McMillen, Melvin Leon McMillen, Robert Eugene McMillen, Douglas Lee McMillen, and Earnest Ray McMillen; four sisters, Mary Jane Buchanan, Sarah Ann Warren, Mattie Elizabeth McMillen, and Clara Winters McMillen, and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Donald Warren, Harvis Walker Warren, Brandon McMillen, Stan Miller, David Brown, and Tim Steele.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 28, and from 10 a.m. until service time Sunday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
