Mrs. Smith was born December 14, 1968, in Illinois to Robert Wayne Crouch and Kathrine Diane Kirby Crouch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Houston Smith, and her parents.
She is survived by her son, Cody Allen Morgan (Haley Michelle Morgan); daughters, Cortney Delores Morgan and Stephanie Marie Purser; sister, Melinda Gayle Reed (Casey Hill); and grandson, Colter Houston Morgan.
