A Memorial service for Larry Garrison, 73, will be Monday, March 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM at New Ground Baptist Church with Bro. Jamie McMinn officiating. No Visitation is scheduled. Peck Funeral Home assisted the family.
Mr. Garrison died on Friday, March 13, 2026, at his residence. He was born November 15, 1952, in Morgan County, to Ervin Garrison and Hattie Smallwood Garrison.
He was employed as a Truck Driver for Good Hope Contracting, prior to his retirement. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving two years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and was a very giving person. He loved his church, loved his family and his puppy dogs, and enjoyed mowing his yard. He was always telling “trucking” stories and loved the Rodeo.
Preceding him in death were his wife- Linda Garrison, his parents, and four brothers.

Sister – Fay Yeager (Gerald),
