  Glen Mynatt Profile PhotoGlen Mynatt, 60, was born on November 24, 1965, in Memphis, TN and passed away on March 2, 2026, in Corinth, MS. He grew up in Lake Center, MS, attending Marshall Academy and later receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Forestry at Mississippi State University. After meeting his wife, Pherbia, in South Mississippi, they chose to relocate to Alcorn County, where he worked as a Registered Forester for the Mississippi Forestry Commission. He retired from the Commission in Glen, MS, after over 30 years of service. In his later years, he occupied his time with never-ending shop projects, working at Davis (Rickman’s) Meat Company, and spending time with his family. Survivors include wife, Pherbia Mynatt; children, Kaitlynn (Franklin) Durr, Anna Kolby (Forrest) Griffin, Weston Mynatt, Mattie Mynatt, and Ely Mynatt; grandchild, Judah Griffin; one sister, Mary Markum; and several nieces and nephews. Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Talf and Dorris Mynatt. To remember Glen, he would want you to take a walk through the woods and appreciate all of God’s beautiful creation we are blessed with. Glen will be laid to rest following a private service with his wife and children.
